Application Form for Financial Aid

Who We Help

Our main purpose is to provide financial aid to those individuals who fall through the cracks of all other aid organization's requirements. We call these people "gappies." A "gappy" is someone who has gone unhelped but has needs such as: equipment, nursing or therapy, caregiver assistance, transportation, etc. All ages and ethnic groups with medical challenges are eligible.

 

Do I Qualify?

At Building Bridges of Caring we understand the complexities and overwhelming financial and emotional tolls an injury or medical emergency create. Because each medical situation is unique, we evaluate requests on an individual basis. If you need to apply for financial aid from Building Bridges of Caring, please fill out an Application Form and mail it to:
